Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience (dealership or independent shop)
• ASE certifications a plus
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, no-drama attitude
• Experience performing used vehicle reconditioning
• Ability to complete multi-point inspections thoroughly and accurately
• Solid understanding of used car recon standards and turnaround time expectations
• Comfortable working on multiple makes and models (domestic and import)
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform used vehicle reconditioning, including brakes, suspension, steering components, engine repairs and maintenance, transmission service, cooling systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Complete multi-point inspections thoroughly and accurately.
• Service a growing used car reconditioning operation.
