This role involves inspecting used cars to ensure they meet standards, diagnosing and fixing mechanical or electrical issues, performing basic maintenance like oil changes, brakes, and tire services, maintaining clear repair notes, flagging additional issues, and ensuring all vehicles are safe, solid, and ready for sale.

Requirements

• A couple of years of experience working on cars (used cars = a big plus)
• Someone who can figure things out and get the job done right
• Team player with a good attitude
• Clean driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications? Even better (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Inspecting used cars to make sure they’re up to standard
• Diagnosing and fixing mechanical or electrical issues
• Handling basic maintenance — oil changes, brakes, tires, etc.
• Keeping repair notes clean and clear
• Flagging any other issues that need to be resolved
• Making sure every car you touch is safe, solid, and ready to sell
