About The Position
Tracy Nissan is looking for a skilled Used Car Technician to join their Service Team. This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing pre-owned vehicles to ensure they meet high standards for safety and performance before they are made available for sale. The ideal candidate is passionate about cars and committed to performing quality work.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician (used car or reconditioning experience preferred).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- ASE certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on used vehicles.
- Identify and complete necessary reconditioning work to meet dealership standards.
- Conduct quality control checks and road tests.
- Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining high quality.
- Communicate effectively with the Service Team and Management.
