Capitol Chevrolet is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing Pre-Owned Vehicle Department. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle
- Build strong relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Follow up with internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic
- Maintain customer information in the CRM
- Work closely with management to maximize opportunities and profitability
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
