About The Position
Tansky Sawmill Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Used Car Sales Associate to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the perfect pre-owned vehicle to meet their needs, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High level of motivation and a drive to achieve sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of used car market trends is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized vehicle recommendations.
- Present and demonstrate used vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales and finalize transactions in a professional manner.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the inventory, pricing, and current promotions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and relevant legal regulations.
