This role is responsible for calling, following up and scheduling appointments for customers to come in and appraise and purchase their used vehicles. You will utilize CRM for prospecting and lead generation, interface with current used vehicle owners from appointments set and dealership service drive with the purpose of purchasing their vehicle, and approach, greet, and engage with dealership customers to appraise and offer to purchase their current vehicles. You will appraise used vehicles by asking questions, taking pictures of the vehicles, and inputting vehicle data into Sonic's automated inventory management system. You will work with Sales Managers to build and propose an offer to seller and introduce guests to sales department personnel to sell them a new vehicle after purchase of their existing vehicle. You will also review monthly goals with management on vehicles purchased to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
