Requirements

Proven experience as an automotive technician/mechanic (used car experience preferred)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Basic computer and math skills
Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Authorized to work in the United States
Willing to consent to a background check and motor vehicle driving screening
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Diagnose, inspect, and repair a wide range of used vehicles
Perform routine maintenance and reconditioning to dealership standards
Identify mechanical and safety issues accurately and efficiently
Complete repairs in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle status, recommended repairs, and timelines
Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
Consistently uses proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Adheres to all shop safety standards and procedures
Maintains a clean and organized work environment
