About The Position

The Hubert Vester Auto Group is an exciting, fast-paced work environment. Our ideal Used Car Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for making outgoing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy. The person in this role will be responsible for contacting our current database and engaging with the customers to see if they are interested in selling any of their existing cars. Throughout their exchange with customers, the Used Car Acquisition Coordinator will answer questions and assist them wherever possible to ensure the delivery of world-class service and satisfaction. The pay for this position is $14/hour plus commission.

Requirements

Excellent time management
Proven track record of achieving (or, better, over-achieving) goals
Outstanding communication skills in person and over the phone
Outgoing, friendly attitude with a high-energy personality
Superior customer service skills
Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to attendance policies and scheduling requirements which include some weekends
Computer proficiency
High school diploma or equivalent (some college is preferred, but not required)

Nice To Haves

Call center experience (helpful, but not required)

Responsibilities

Schedule appraisal appointments and speak with customers every single day by following up over the phone after each appointment
Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request
Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries
Confirm scheduled and missed appointments
