About The Position

Responsibilities Comprehensive knowledge of diagnostics, repair, and maintenance across all manufacturers’ makes and models. Address the customer's primary concern with diagnosis, repair and quality control. Perform the Multi Point Inspection on every vehicle. Inform the Service Advisor of any changes in the scope of work, including additional concerns, fewer concerns, or extended repair time. Maintain knowledge of all factory technical bulletins. Read manufacturer's drawings and manuals. Basic computer and internet skills. Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools. Keep shop equipment operating (maintain, troubleshoot, repair, etc.). Use computer diagnostic equipment. Requirements Qualifications Dealership experience required. CDK experience is preferred but required. Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress situations. Demonstrated professionalism and strong interpersonal skills when working with customers, vendors, and staff. Committed to maintaining a safe, customer-focused work environment. Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed. Professional appearance and work ethic. Self-motivated with solid work habits. Valid California driver's license and clean driving record. Requirements

  • Dealership experience required.
  • CDK experience is preferred but required.
