About The Position

Nitro Swimming is seeking a high-quality Swimming Coach to join their USA Coaching staff at their Bee Cave, Texas location. This is a rare opportunity to fill a position sooner rather than later, but the company will not settle until they find the right person. The Bee Cave facility is a 30,000 sq ft indoor facility with a 50-meter pool and a swim school pool. Nitro Swimming also has two other indoor 50-meter facilities in the area: Nitro Cedar Park and a newer location in Kyle, Texas. The ideal candidate will love being on deck, possess the 'X factor,' and have the ability to inspire athletes. Nitro Swimming's mission is 'Visible Improvement. Delivered with Passion and Joy. Every Day.' The next Age Group Coach will enjoy working in a fast-paced, positive, and competitive swim environment and be eager to join a hard-working coaching staff. The previous coach is moving into child services/counseling. This position is described as well-compensated and can be a salaried position with benefits or a part-time hourly role.
