The Opportunity: As the Omnichannel Social & Mobile Technical Product Owner, you will drive the delivery and operationalization of Social and Mobile engagement capabilities across the omnichannel ecosystem. Partnering closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and vendors, you will translate business priorities into scalable technical solutions and activation outcomes. Operating within an Agile Release Train (ART), you will lead delivery across social engagement, mobile experiences, customer journeys, audience segmentation, integrations, and market onboarding activities.
