Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech The US Marketing Lead will report to the Head of Product Marketing, Urology and will be responsible for develo pment and execution of our U.S. C ommercial M arketing strategy in for the Monarch Urology Platform. The Monarch Urology Platform will create a new category of care as the first robotic-assisted urology platform designed for endoluminal and percutaneous access to the urinary tract to perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This critical leadership role will ensure marketing initiatives directly support the go-to-market strategy, launch objectives , sales growth, and customer adoption. Success requires strong cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration with field -based and internal teams to strengthen the Monarch Urology value proposition and accelerate growth. This role requires a forward-thinking, strategic leader who challenges the status quo in the dynamic and disruptive field of medical robotics.
