Requirements
- 2–6 years in US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of US staffing and hiring processes
- Good knowledge of US visa and tax terms (H1B, W2, 1099, C2C, GC, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools
