About The Position

Billion Dollar Boy is looking for a seasoned self-starter to join our fast-growing US Production team. Billion Dollar Boy is seeking a seasoned, hands-on professional to lead the physical execution of our most ambitious projects. This role combines the tactical precision of a Line Producer with the creative logistics of an Events Producer, managing everything from social-first shoots with talent to immersive experiential influencer events for content capture and for influencers to experience brands. Your comprehensive production knowledge will be key to supporting other agency teams and our clients and ensure that every BDB production reflects our core business vision: "to set a new standard for advertising."

Requirements

  • Experience: 6-8 years in an integrated production environment, with a heavy emphasis on line producing and experiential events.
  • Technical Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for budgeting and Smartsheet (or similar) for complex project timelines.
  • Versatility: Proven track record of managing multiple productions concurrently, ranging from nimble social-first creator-led content productions to event coordination and execution.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the social media landscape, including changing formats and deliverables for experiential/event-based content.
  • Adaptable Problem-Solver: Enjoys the challenges of a shifting production landscape, particularly within Social and Creator marketing.
  • Balanced Mindset: A "left AND right-hand brain" individual who is equally inspired by high-level creativity and a perfectly structured production schedule.
  • Diplomatic Leader: A "people-person" with tested diplomacy skills when managing diverse crews and high-pressure event environments

Responsibilities

  • Production Execution & Craft
  • Operational Implementation: Translate creative concepts and visual references into practical, physical implementation on-site.
  • Technical Feasibility: Provide critical input during the creative phase to ensure ideas are executable within strict budgetary and physical constraints.
  • On-Site Management: Act as the primary lead for managing and running end-to-end production of events and shoots, operating as a line producer to manage crew, vendors, and talent in real-time.
  • Diverse Deliverables: Lead production for social media content and live events, including merch, props, gifting, building run of show/shot list, and managing vendors.
  • Commercial & Logistical Accountability
  • Budget Ownership: Take full responsibility for scoping and managing detailed production budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within financial targets.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Lead the selection of production partners and oversee the due diligence process for specialized event vendors and crew.
  • Compliance: Maintain direct knowledge of industry best practices and legal regulations (e.g., APA, SAG) specifically related to live activations and physical productions.
  • Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and resolve physical or logistical problems throughout the production lifecycle to mitigate risk.
  • Autonomous Decision-Making: Proactively resolve day-to-day setbacks and potential issues without requiring escalation, but knowing you have support from your agency leads.
