Our platform brings together creativity, technology, and automation to make ad experiences more relevant, efficient, and impactful - across every screen, including CTV. We're growing fast- our goal is to 2.5x revenue in 2026, and creative content will be at the core of how we get there. We've built a paid engine that scaled Vibe from $40M to $160M ARR with a strong channel mix: Vibe (Streaming TV), Meta, LinkedIn, and Google (Search + YouTube). We cover our full TAM- from small businesses to major e-commerce brands to fast-growing startups. Now we're doubling down: we're significantly scaling our paid advertising investment. We have the infrastructure to target at scale and measure precisely what's working. What we need now is a creative machine to push the right messages to the right audience, non-stop. As a Creative Producer, you'll own all creative production for our high-volume paid advertising engine. This isn't about making one perfect ad- it's about building a creative machine that feeds our growth engine with constant testing and iteration. You'll produce high-volume, high-diversity content across our performance marketing channels like Meta and LinkedIn. You'll work directly with the Head of Growth and our analytics team to identify what's working, iterate rapidly, and build a scalable creative system that can keep up with our aggressive growth targets. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes performance creative, understands human psychology, and moves fast. We want crazy ideas, rapid experimentation, and content that makes people laugh, click, and convert.
