About The Position

We’re looking for a full-time, in-house Creative Producer to bring our ideas to life across video, motion, and digital content. This role owns the full production lifecycle, including concepting, pre-production, filming, editing, and delivery. You’ll work closely with our marketing, creative, and growth teams to produce high-quality content for paid ads, organic social, brand campaigns, and internal projects. You are equal parts creative thinker and hands-on maker, and you are not afraid to step in front of the camera when the moment calls for it. This is an on-site position at our headquarters in Bluffdale, UT.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in video production, creative production, or a similar role
  • Strong experience across pre-production, production, and post-production
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
  • Experience creating motion graphics and light animation
  • Comfortable operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Confident communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and take creative ownership
  • Willing and comfortable being on camera when needed
  • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
  • Ability to balance creative quality with speed and performance goals

Nice To Haves

  • Experience producing content for paid social or DTC brands
  • Familiarity with performance-driven creative and ad testing
  • Experience working in a fast-growing startup or in-house creative team

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end production of video content from pre-production planning through post-production delivery
  • Plan shoots, develop shot lists, coordinate locations, and manage production logistics
  • Film and direct on set, ensuring high-quality visuals and strong storytelling
  • Edit video content for multiple channels including paid ads, social, web, and brand campaigns
  • Create motion graphics and animations that elevate our creative and improve performance
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teammates to translate ideas into compelling visual content
  • Appear on camera when needed for ads, explainers, or brand content
  • Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Continuously look for ways to improve creative quality, efficiency, and production workflows
