About The Position

Airtable is the no-code app platform that empowers people closest to the work to accelerate their most critical business processes. Airtable's Brand and Creative team is looking for a Creative Producer to lead operations and production across our creative workstreams. This role sits at the center of how creative work gets done — managing project flow, building stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the right talent is matched to the most important work. You'll spend half your time managing complex, concurrent projects and the other half consulting with partners across marketing, product, and engineering to continuously strengthen the collaboration model. You'll be the person who can see around corners, anticipate bottlenecks, and articulate when priorities need to shift based on strategic realities or resource constraints. This is not a reactive role. Success means our partners know how to work with us effectively, see us as strategic thought partners, and consistently deliver briefs with clear strategic insights. It means our internal team — a mix of staff, contractors, and agency partners — has clarity on what they're working on, how projects interconnect, and what it takes to deliver.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in creative production and operations with in-house experience (agency background is a plus)
  • Familiar with the disciplines required to launch campaigns, products, and events — visual design, web, copy, social, video, motion
  • Comfortable using Airtable and capable of building within it; eager to learn more complex automations and integrations
  • Follows AI developments in the creative and advertising industry with genuine interest, knowing how and when to apply them as a complement to human creativity
  • Effective at managing multiple creative disciplines and complex workflows simultaneously
  • Skilled at stakeholder management across functions and levels, from individual contributors through leadership including VP Design, VP Marketing, as well as Product and Engineering leadership
  • Self-directed and adaptable — you don't wait for marching orders
  • Someone who builds influence through expertise and relationships, driving outcomes through collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Manage project intake, workflow, and delivery across multiple complex workstreams running simultaneously — web experimentation and optimization, organic social, video production, performance marketing, large-scale events, corporate communications, and more
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering to understand their goals and continuously improve collaboration
  • Consult on incoming requests to strengthen brief quality and strategic alignment
  • Maintain and advance our Airtable operations app (experience building interfaces and formula logic is a strong plus)
  • Coordinate a dozen+ staff, contractors, and agency partners to match capabilities to project requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, and contract evaluation
  • Plan creative capacity and surface conflicts or resource gaps early
  • Navigate competing priorities and help teams understand trade-offs when strategic direction or resources require adjustment
