Airtable's Brand and Creative team is looking for a Creative Producer to lead operations and production across our creative workstreams. This role sits at the center of how creative work gets done — managing project flow, building stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the right talent is matched to the most important work. You'll spend half your time managing complex, concurrent projects and the other half consulting with partners across marketing, product, and engineering to continuously strengthen the collaboration model. You'll be the person who can see around corners, anticipate bottlenecks, and articulate when priorities need to shift based on strategic realities or resource constraints. This is not a reactive role. Success means our partners know how to work with us effectively, see us as strategic thought partners, and consistently deliver briefs with clear strategic insights. It means our internal team — a mix of staff, contractors, and agency partners — has clarity on what they're working on, how projects interconnect, and what it takes to deliver.
