About The Position

Liquid Church is seeking a high-capacity Creative Producer to bring vision to life through hands-on execution, production leadership, and immersive learning across all aspects of the creative ministry. This role is designed for a highly organized, creatively gifted individual who wants to learn the full creative ecosystem from the ground up, encompassing vision, branding, live experiences, events, and systems, while contributing meaningfully to transformational life change. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves making things happen, thrives in dynamic environments, and wants to grow in discernment and faithful execution within a fast-paced, mission-driven church. The Creative Producer reports to the Creative Arts Pastor and serves in a full-time, Sunday–Thursday capacity. This Might Be For You If… You’re eager to learn how creative vision, branding, and execution work together. You enjoy being in the trenches, contributing creatively while also managing details, logistics, and timelines. You’re both creative and operational—you love designing, producing, and solving real-world problems. You’re energized by live experiences, whether that’s Sunday services, internal events, external events, or experiences for ministry partners. You’re eager to grow in understanding how creative leaders think, decide, and steward vision. You value excellence, preparation, and follow-through, and you care deeply about how creative work serves people and the Gospel. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative church culture and approach your work with humility, curiosity, and spiritual health.
