About The Position

The US Carrier Sales team is seeking an experienced, visionary sales professional to lead our rapidly growing product categories within a major US Carrier Account. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the iPhone business, collaborating with partners to uncover new opportunities, develop high-impact account plans, and implement programs that deliver phenomenal customer experiences and expand the Apple ecosystem. As a Carrier iPhone Sales Lead, you will own the iPhone business from pitch to close. You will define individual account strategies, drive consumer offers through sharp negotiation and analytics, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure the flawless launch of new programs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of performance-proven sales management, account management, or business development experience.
  • Thorough understanding of the wireless and telecommunications industry.
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate complex organizational structures, and lead high-stakes negotiations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities from multiple perspectives - both quantitative and qualitative - to drive tangible sales results.
  • Deep experience in drafting term sheets, negotiating commercial terms, and understanding partner economics to better align intersecting strategies.

  • Deep knowledge of the carrier business with the ability to maintain senior executive relationships and confidently present business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans with the US Carrier team to accelerate iPhone sales.
  • Partner closely with Worldwide Sales, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to shape a holistic, winning strategy for the carrier partnership.
  • Design high-impact promotional strategies, consumer offers, and incentive programs.
  • Oversee the drafting of term sheets, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure supply availability aligns with demand.
  • Cultivate deep, trusting relationships across all levels of the carrier's organization and within Apple.
  • Facilitate critical interactions and support negotiations across the broader Apple product portfolio to drive mutual success.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, account history, and partner economics.
  • Use insights to identify emerging opportunities, capitalize on them, and see them through to closure.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and robust analyses to champion sales initiatives.
  • Track progress, manage sales and inventory reporting, and ensure any client issues are swiftly addressed and resolved.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass assigned sales quotas and critical metrics while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
