As a Business Immigration Paralegal, you will play a vital role in managing complex employment-based immigration matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing strategic solutions that support global workforce mobility. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients and legal teams to deliver efficient and impactful immigration outcomes. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration; additional experience preferred for Senior Associate and Manager-level positions.
  • Paralegal certificate and/or university degree preferred.
  • Strong interest in continuous learning and leveraging digital tools to enhance immigration services.
  • Familiarity with Vialto Law's technology-enabled solutions (including myMobility and other digital tools) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong client service orientation and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare complex employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including PERM and Adjustment of Status filings.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, providing timely updates and handling reporting and data requests.
  • Manage client programs and support special projects designed to enhance immigration processes and service delivery.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members on U.S. immigration policies, workflows, and best practices.
  • Stay current on U.S. immigration law, regulatory updates, and industry trends to ensure compliance and service excellence.
  • Leverage automation and technology to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience.
  • Apply data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize immigration strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide consultative immigration support.
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality across all casework and client deliverables.
  • Uphold the firm's values by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a client-focused mindset.
