The U.S. Benefits Specialist oversees the administration, accuracy, and financial integrity of all employee benefit programs across the United States. This role manages the full benefits lifecycle — including enrolment, billing, payments, and reconciliation — while ensuring compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations. The specialist serves as a key partner to employees by supporting benefit education and engagement, and works closely with Finance to review invoices, coordinate payments, and maintain precise financial records. The position also collaborates with the U.S. Head of HR and the Global Head of Reward to deliver and continuously improve U.S. benefit and leave programs.
