About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Urology Clinic team. In this outpatient role, the LPN works closely with physicians, providers, and clinical staff to support high-quality, patient-centered care. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys building relationships with patients, working collaboratively with a clinical team, and providing care in a physician-practice environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Licensed Practical Nursing
- Current State LPN license
- Current BLS certification upon hire and maintained

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in an outpatient urology clinic.
- Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and office-based procedures.
- Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, medications, and other clinical information.
- Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice.
- Assist providers with procedures, specimen collection, patient education, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records while collaborating with providers and clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
