About The Position

A single specialty group is seeking a fourth Urologist to join their progressive and busy practice, which currently includes three Urologists and two Nurse Practitioners. The role involves a wide scope of inpatient and outpatient general urology cases. The practice is equipped with a da Vinci® robotic surgical system, a Lithotripsy Machine, and a Cysto Suite. There is a strong hospitalist program in place, and call is shared at a 1:4 ratio. The hospital services over 200,000 residents and offers a 24/7 ER, a heart center, an ICU, state-of-the-art cardiovascular facilities, and beautiful LDRP birthing suites with a level II nursery. The surrounding area provides a variety of school options, shopping, dining, special events, and beautiful lakes and parks for extensive water sports and outdoor activities, with easy access to Knoxville and surrounding communities.
