Full-Time Urologist - Flexible Options Available
About The Position
The new urologist will work in a collaborative, dynamic environment with an integrated care team. Physicians are supported by fully-trained clinical assistants, including scribes and staff to perform administrative tasks, ensuring the primary focus is always on patient care. General duties of the role include, but are not limited to: comprehensive clinic-based urology care, diagnose and treat urology patients, preventative healthcare, healthcare maintenance, work collaboratively with other providers in a multi-disciplinary team, and refer to other specialists as needed. Providers see a variable number of patients per day, based upon patient needs and types of appointments scheduled. The organization has affiliations with several local hospitals, for work requiring hospital-level services. The organization uses the AthenaHealth EHR.
Requirements
- New Jersey medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Urology
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive clinic-based urology care
- Diagnose and treat urology patients
- Provide preventative healthcare
- Provide healthcare maintenance
- Work collaboratively with other providers in a multi-disciplinary team
