About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Urologist who is either board-certified or board-eligible to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both outpatient and hospital-based urological procedures, providing comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside 5 experienced physicians and 2 nurse practitioners, offering state-of-the-art care to our patients.

Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology.
Proficiency in cystoscopies, prostate biopsies, robotic-assisted surgeries (e.g., da Vinci prostatectomy), and urological reconstruction.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Dedication to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

Experience with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) and vasectomy reversals is preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of adult urologic conditions in both outpatient and hospital settings.
Perform procedures such as cystoscopies, prostate biopsies, complex urodynamics, and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL).
Conduct advanced surgical treatments, including da Vinci robotic-assisted prostatectomy, partial nephrectomy, vasectomy reversals, and urological reconstructions.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to provide patient-centered care.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in urological treatments and procedures.
Provide compassionate care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction at all times.
Participate in continuing medical education (CME) and professional development activities.
