This role offers a strong referral base from 18 local primary care physicians, ensuring a consistent and high-volume patient flow. The practice is equipped with two Da Vinci Xi Surgical Systems and is affiliated with Winter Haven Hospital, a 520+ bed institution. Comprehensive administrative support is provided by the large and growing medical group. BayCare is recognized as a top healthcare system, ranking in the top 20% nationally for the past three years. The position offers a work-life balance with a call schedule of 1:4, with coverage provided by local community urologists. Robotic training/certification is preferred.

Requirements

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology is required.
• Robotic training/certification is preferred.
