About The Position

DocStar Medical Partners is seeking a full-time Urologist for a hospital facility in New York. The clinic is currently open Monday-Thursday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. The position is primarily outpatient with inpatient consults, procedures, and post-op rounding as needed. The facility is a Level III Trauma Center with OR block available from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The role involves a mix of patient contact, procedures, rounding, and consults for adult patients only (18+). Limited robotic availability is typical on urology days. The facility is looking for full-time coverage due to current staffing gaps.

Requirements

• MD
• BC (in the U.S.)
• BLS
• NY License
• Experience with bread and butter Urology cases and procedures.
• Ability to manage adult patients only (18+).

Nice To Haves

• Full-time coverage preferred.
• Option to extend assignment.
• Willingness to take call.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time coverage for Urology services.
• Manage primarily outpatient Urology cases.
• Handle inpatient consults, procedures, and post-op rounding.
• Perform bread and butter Urology cases and procedures.
• Participate in OR block as needed.
• Consult on adult patients (18+).
