Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Completion of an accredited fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive surgery/Urogynecology
Board Certified or Board Eligible in FPMRS/Urogynecology
Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
Active DEA License
