About The Position

PawDoc Surgery + Dental is seeking veterinarians to practice high-quality medicine in a collaborative urgent care environment. Our model bridges the gap between general practice and emergency care, allowing doctors to work up interesting cases, practice advanced medicine, and grow clinically while maintaining a sustainable schedule and supportive culture. We offer an environment for experienced ER doctors seeking to leave overnights, GPs looking for more challenging medicine, or newer veterinarians eager to build confidence with strong mentorship. Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD)
• Interest in urgent care, emergency medicine, surgery, or advanced case management
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Confidence in diagnostics and case management, or a desire to continue developing those skills
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
