Country View Animal Hospital is seeking an Urgent Care Veterinarian to join their AAHA-accredited, small animal practice in Neenah, Wisconsin. This role offers flexibility with either a dedicated Urgent Care position or a Hybrid General Practice/Urgent Care role. Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
  • A valid state license and in good standing to practice.
  • A collaborative spirit and a dedication to practicing the highest standard of medicine.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Provide urgent care and select emergency cases for small animals.
  • Practice preventative care and wellness.
  • Perform diagnostics, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, and advanced soft-tissue procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive dentistry with digital dental technology.
  • Administer therapeutic laser treatments.
  • Utilize ultrasound and electrocardiography (ECG/EKG).
  • Provide nutrition and senior pet care.
  • Manage pain.
  • Connect with clients and their pets, becoming a trusted partner in lifelong health.
  • Lead patient care from diagnosis to treatment with the freedom to uphold high standards.
  • Clearly communicate findings and treatment plans, empowering clients to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with a supportive paraprofessional team, contributing to a positive hospital culture.
