About The Position
This role is for an experienced Registered Nurse in an urgent care setting at Redwood Coast Medical Services (RCMS). The position emphasizes critical thinking, patient triage, and moving care forward, rather than just task completion. RCMS focuses on providing care to the communities it serves.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Ability to prioritize quickly, think critically, and stay grounded under pressure
- Active CA RN license
- BLS
Nice To Haves
- Urgent care, ER, or other high-volume clinical experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Triage and assess patients in a fast-paced urgent care setting
- Support procedures and maintain efficient clinical flow
- Act as a steady, capable presence for patients and the care team
