About The Position

The West Virginia University Health System (WVUHS) and the Department of Emergency Medicine are rapidly expanding their urgent care locations, now serving West Virginia and Pennsylvania. They are seeking to hire experienced physicians to join their team in Connellsville, PA. The role involves practicing medicine with a focus on quality over quantity, modernized medicine, and increasing access to care. The successful candidate will provide excellent patient care and may also be involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
• Eligible for state medical license.
• Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of the appointment.

Responsibilities

• Practice in Urgent Care.
• Provide excellent patient care.
• May be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
