Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania state license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner or ability to obtain one is required
- NCCPA Board Certification (PA)
- National NP Certification through AANP or ANCC
- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, primary care or a similar specialty
- Passion for clinical work to positively impact patient care, safety and experience
Nice To Haves
- Two years of relevant clinical experience as a PA, CRNP is preferred
Responsibilities
- Practice autonomously at the top of your license in high-volume, fast-paced settings – managing everything from minor injuries and illnesses to on-site procedures and point-of-care testing.
- Collaborate with a trusted team of APCs, physicians, nurses and support staff, backed by network-wide protocols, Epic electronic medical records and direct specialty referrals across Jefferson Health.
- Serve diverse patient populations in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas, bringing compassionate, accessible care to the communities who need it most.
