About The Position

TotalCare Walk-In Clinic is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant for their Colton clinic. TotalCare is a multi-specialty medical group offering services in internal medicine, family medicine, cardiology, urgent care, and medical aesthetics, with a collaborative team of 25 providers across 8 locations. The role offers a supportive environment for both new graduates and experienced providers to deliver care to underserved communities in Southern California, allowing them to build a strong foundation in primary care/urgent care and gain hands-on experience with common procedures. The Medical Director facilitates weekly provider meetings for feedback, case discussions, and sharing clinical research. A team of 6 experienced MDs provides in-person or phone clinical support during all shifts. The position includes structured onboarding with physician mentorship and a dedicated training period, a team-based coverage model with no solo shifts, and strong clinical support staff. It offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and performance incentives. The schedule involves three weekday shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM) and one weekend shift every other week (9:00 AM–5:00 PM), providing extended weekends on alternating weeks. There are no call duties or clinical inbox responsibilities, as administrative tasks are handled by a separate support team. The role provides an opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across all age groups and backgrounds, with clinical exposure in both primary care and urgent care settings.
