About The Position

TotalCare Walk-In Clinic is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant for their Chino clinic. As a multi-specialty medical group, TotalCare offers services in internal medicine, family medicine, cardiology, urgent care, and medical aesthetics, with a collaborative team of 25 providers across 8 locations. The role provides a supportive environment for both new graduates and experienced providers to serve underserved communities in Southern California. It offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation in primary care/urgent care, gain hands-on experience with common procedures, and benefit from weekly provider meetings hosted by the Medical Director for feedback, case discussions, and clinical research updates. A team of 6 MDs with extensive experience provides in-person or phone clinical support during all shifts. The position includes structured onboarding with physician mentorship, a dedicated training period, a team-based coverage model with no solo shifts, strong clinical support staff, and a collaborative culture. It also offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and performance-based incentives. The schedule involves three weekday shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM) and one weekend shift every other week (9:00 AM–5:00 PM), allowing for extended alternating weekends. There are no call duties or clinical inbox responsibilities, as administrative tasks are handled by a separate support team. The role provides clinical exposure across primary care and urgent care settings, caring for a diverse patient population of all ages and backgrounds.

Requirements
