About The Position

TotalCare Walk-In Clinic is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant for their Corona clinic. TotalCare is a multi-specialty medical group that offers services in internal medicine, family medicine, cardiology, urgent care, and medical aesthetics. The group has a highly collaborative team of 25 providers spread across 8 locations. The clinic offers a supportive environment for both new graduates and experienced providers to deliver care to underserved communities in Southern California. This role provides an opportunity to build a strong foundation in primary care/urgent care and gain hands-on experience with common procedures. The Medical Director hosts weekly provider meetings to provide feedback, discuss specific cases, and share the latest clinical research findings. A team of 6 MDs, each with over 30 years of experience, rotate across all offices and provide clinical support in-person or via phone during all shifts. Highlights of the position include structured onboarding with close physician mentorship and a dedicated training period, a team-based coverage model with no solo provider shifts, strong clinical support staff, and a collaborative workplace culture. The compensation package includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus upon hire and additional performance-based incentives. The schedule involves three weekday shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM) and one weekend shift every other week (9:00 AM–5:00 PM), allowing for extended weekends on alternating weeks. There are no call duties or clinical inbox responsibilities, as administrative tasks are managed by a separate support team.
