About The Position

We are seeking a certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Pendleton Urgent Care. This is a turnkey role in a modern facility with all staff and patients in place. While urgent care or emergency medicine experience is preferred, newly graduated APPs are also considered, as we have resources to support their development alongside experienced providers. The position offers 12 shifts per month, leading to an excellent work/life balance, 100% outpatient work, provider autonomy, and stable, long-term support staff. Pendleton, Oregon, is described as a small town with friendly neighbors, beautiful landscapes, and abundant outdoor activities, offering amenities such as an active art scene, museums, restaurants, brew pubs, golf courses, and the Wildhorse Resort & Casino. A regional airport provides daily flights to Portland and Denver. The wine region of Walla Walla, Washington, is 45 minutes away, and the Tri-Cities of Washington are an hour's drive. Portland is 3 hours away, Spokane 3.5 hours, and Boise 4 hours.

Requirements

Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Ability to obtain an Oregon license.
Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
Occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Urgent care or emergency medicine experience.
Newly graduated APP's are considered.

Responsibilities
