Full-time Urgent Care NP | Collaborative Team | Henderson, TX
About The Position
UT Health East Texas is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team in Henderson, TX. This role offers a flexible, shift-based schedule with a rotation of 2 or 3 12-hour shifts per week, and no weekend call. The clinic operates with extended hours to serve the community, and the position includes onsite lab, X-ray, and POC testing, supported by robust staff and utilizing Epic EMR. A background in Emergency or Urgent Care is preferred. The recruitment package may include a base salary, CEU allowance, medical debt consultative services, paid malpractice coverage, health benefits, a retirement plan, and marketing/practice growth assistance.
Requirements

- Ability to work a flexible, shift-based schedule.
- Must be able to work clinic hours including Saturdays and Sundays.
