Openings are in Duncan, Woodward, and Sallisaw, Oklahoma; Copperas Cove, Texas; Dodge City, Kansas; and Columbia and Kansas City, Missouri. The Kansas City position is a float role covering multiple clinics. Compensation is $67–$80 per hour, depending on experience and location, with productivity bonus opportunities. Full-time schedules generally include seven shifts every two weeks, 12-hour shifts, and an every-other-weekend rotation. Specific compensation and scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process. New graduate FNP and PA applicants are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on their clinical background, training, and readiness for urgent care practice. New graduate FNP applicants should have prior RN experience in the emergency department, ICU, or another higher-acuity clinical setting. New graduate PAs should highlight relevant healthcare experience and clinical rotations in emergency medicine, urgent care, or other acute care settings. The clinical work is performed in a setting with regular interaction with patients, clinical staff, and other healthcare team members. Conditions may involve unpredictable situations, frequent interruptions, and occasional extended or irregular hours. The role may require prolonged standing or walking, lifting or moving equipment, assisting with patient movement, and exposure to infectious illnesses, bodily fluids, and other conditions commonly encountered in a clinical environment.
