Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study
- Eight (8) or more years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- Three (3) years of experience in the healthcare environment
- Two (2) years of leadership experience

Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership and oversight for three urgent care locations, ensuring consistent workflows, service standards, and efficient daily operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop clinic staff while managing performance, staffing, employee relations, scheduling, and team effectiveness.
- Partner with providers and clinical teams to support patient flow, access, scheduling, and overall clinic performance.
- Monitor key operational and financial metrics, including patient volumes, wait times, staffing, front-end collections, billing processes, reimbursement, and productivity.
- Manage staffing and resources across multiple locations to maintain appropriate coverage and respond to changing patient volumes and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, safety, and clinical operational standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, patient experience, access, and overall clinic performance.
- Manage operating and capital budgets while supporting the continued growth and performance of all three urgent care locations.
