If you’re looking to join a team that works collaboratively, has a calling to empower patients to achieve their best health, and delivers unmatched patient service to get them there, then you might be the next Casual Part Time (CPT) North Memorial Health Clinic Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider with opportunities to work at our Maple Grove, Blaine, Elk River, New Hope and Minnetonka Urgent Care locations in the Twin Cities. Our CPT Urgent Care APPs, in collaboration and consultation with the physician(s) and other team members provides treatment to all ages and families who come to the Urgent Care Center. Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner: Education Master’s or higher degree in Nursing required. Certification prior to the Masters’ degree requirement and current practice as a Nurse Practitioner in their area of specialization or documentation of current competency.
  • Nurse Practitioner: Two or more years’ experience in a Nurse Practitioner role preferred.
  • Nurse Practitioner: One or more years’ experience in area of specialization preferred.
  • Nurse Practitioner: Current licensure as RN and APRN in State of Minnesota.
  • Nurse Practitioner: Valid DEA Registration.
  • Nurse Practitioner: Current medical staff credentials for level of training.
  • Physician Assistant: Completion of a physician assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).
  • Physician Assistant: Two or more years’ experience in a Physician Assistant role preferred.
  • Physician Assistant: One or more years’ experience in area of specialization preferred.
  • Physician Assistant: Current Minnesota Registration/Licensure as a Physician Assistant through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
  • Physician Assistant: Physician Assistant Certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Physician Assistant: Valid DEA Registration.
  • Physician Assistant: Current medical staff credentials for level of training.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Two or more years’ experience in a Nurse Practitioner role preferred.
  • One or more years’ experience in area of specialization preferred.
  • Two or more years’ experience in a Physician Assistant role preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides treatment to all ages and families who come to the Urgent Care Center, in collaboration and consultation with the physician(s) and other team members.
