About The Position

Integrity Urgent Care operates as part of the Xpress Wellness network of clinics. Integrity Urgent Care is a Texas-based urgent care clinic with locations across the state, each dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare. As long as your condition is not life-threatening, we have you covered. We offer walk-in treatment for a variety of general illnesses, injuries, and infections, as well as wellness services such as physicals and pregnancy testing. Our goal is to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages. We hope not only to treat patients, but to build relationships with them every step of the way. We know how stressful it can be to find the right healthcare provider when dealing with medical concerns, so we strive to make the process as simple and comfortable as possible. That is why we never require appointments. As soon as patients know they need care, they can find a location, head our way, and let us take care of the rest.

Requirements

Willingness to work at our College Station, TX location.
Nurse Practitioner — FNP — or Physician Assistant degree from an accredited institution.
Must obtain and maintain an active professional license.
Nurse Practitioners must hold current board certification.
Must meet all state and federal licensing requirements, including DEA registration.
Must maintain current Basic Life Support — BLS — certification.
Knowledge of medical coding and billing practices.
Familiarity with state and federal regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, bloodborne pathogen standards, and related requirements.
Proficiency with standard computer applications, including internet use, email, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate both new and existing provider staff.

One year of experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments, including urgent, emergent, and non-urgent cases.
Select, order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies to evaluate patient conditions and support clinical findings.
Review and analyze diagnostic reports and test results to determine diagnoses.
Prescribe or administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized medical interventions to treat or prevent illness and injury.
Perform clinical procedures, including laceration repairs and orthopedic care, and provide referrals to medical specialists as needed.
Explain medical procedures, test results, diagnoses, and treatment plans clearly to patients.
Document clinical findings and treatment plans in patient records, including follow-up notes, and ensure charts are completed and closed within 24–48 hours.
Manage communications related to recruiting, training, and trade events as required.
Provide medical orders, direction, care services, consultation, supervision of healthcare staff, and chart review.
Oversee special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
