About The Position

This opportunity allows candidates to be considered for one of three Oklahoma clinic locations: Altus, OK, Guymon, OK, or Lawton, OK. Xpress Wellness is a rapidly expanding healthcare organization delivering high-quality, compassionate care through a network of urgent care clinics across Oklahoma and Kansas. Candidates may indicate their preferred location during the application or interview process. Current openings will be discussed based on clinic needs, candidate availability, and clinical fit.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner, preferably FNP, or Physician Assistant from an accredited program
• Active Oklahoma license, or ability to obtain
• DEA registration, or ability to obtain
• Current BLS certification

Nice To Haves

• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic patient conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Perform procedures including laceration repair and splinting
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff
