About The Position

We have an opportunity for a Urethane Mold Operator on the 1st shift, Monday - Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This position offers a pay rate of $21.50/hour.

Requirements

Previous industrial manufacturing experience and/or equivalent education, training, or experience in job-related activities.
Ability to communicate in English and perform basic computer transactions.
This position requires attention to detail and focus on quality.
This position requires flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.
Able to lift and/or move up 35 pounds frequently and up to 55 pounds occasionally.
Willingness to cross-train in other functional areas.
Reliable attendance is a must.

Responsibilities

Operate machines that produce urethane molded parts based on customer specifications.
Perform general set-up, pouring, and removal of molded parts.
Ensure quality of product by trimming, cleaning, and visually checking the product for surface defects and flaws.
Move materials or product from production areas using a forklift or pallet jack.
Complete job tasks in a safe manner and maintain good housekeeping practices.
Retain productivity related to standards based on assigned task(s).
Able to work overtime and weekends, as necessary.
React positively to change.
Perform other duties as requested.
