About The Position

This role involves creating urban design site planning frameworks and land use plans, developing master plan design drawings, preparing various planning drawings, conducting digital 3D modeling, and creating visual simulations for project reports and presentations. Responsibilities

• Create urban design site planning frameworks and land use plans based on topography, hydrology, infrastructure networks, zoning regulations, and density targets, using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in ArcGIS Pro to evaluate site suitability and optimize development potential.
• Develop master plan design drawings based on grading, subdivision planning, block layouts, and environmental constraints, applying site planning knowledge.
• Prepare planning drawings including phasing plans, lotting plans, vision plans, and statistical analyses spreadsheets of acreage, FAR, saleable area, and development yield.
• Conduct digital 3D modeling using Rhinoceros 3D and D5 Render to communicate planning proposals, public realm strategies, and overall development character.
• Create visual simulations, analytical studies, and illustrative diagrams using the Adobe Creative Suite for project reports and presentations.
