About The Position
Upward Bound Science Academic Content Specialist - Grant-Funded (PT) at Mohawk Valley Community College (MVCC) is a part-time, temporary position for the 6-week Summer College Program, serving participants in grades 9-12. Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a content related field

Responsibilities
- Develops a curriculum that is age appropriate, as well as aligned with NYS learning standards, that is age appropriate for grades 9-12
- Teaches the classroom instruction based on the curriculum developed
- Assists with lunch supervision in the College’s cafeteria
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator
