WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO • To upsell open inventory for every show and serve as Upsell host night of show to maintain constant communication with staff and clients to ensure that guests always receive highly personal service and the highest level of standards WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of high-end seating procedures, guest relations, and problem solving
  • Experience in selling to high-end, VIP clients
  • Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, verbal skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to diffuse possibly precarious situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Must have a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

  • Upsell available inventory to concert attendees
  • Serve as a resource of information for concert attendees
  • Give constant observation of Upsell Seating Areas to ensure guests are always receiving highly personal service
  • Maintain articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with current audience
  • Maintain exemplary and professional grooming standards
  • Required to occasionally work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue
  • Troubleshoot and assist with issues and elevate to management if needed
