Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with computers and technology
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy retail environment
- Ability to occasionally lift packages up to 50 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Prior retail, hospitality, shipping, or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service to walk-in customers
- Process domestic and international shipments accurately using shipping and POS systems
- Assist customers with packaging, labeling, printing, and shipping solutions
- Operate office equipment, including copiers, printers, scanners, and fax services
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Recommend and explain products and services to customers based on their needs
- Support mailbox services, package tracking, Amazon returns, and other customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store appearance
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks
