About The Position
The Upper School Cheer Coach will play a pivotal role in developing the cheerleading program at St. Francis Episcopal School. This position is designed to foster teamwork, discipline, and physical fitness among students while promoting school spirit and community engagement. The coach will be responsible for creating and implementing training sessions that enhance the cheerleading skills of participants, ensuring they are well-prepared for performances and competitions. Additionally, the coach will serve as a mentor, guiding students in personal development and instilling values such as respect and perseverance.
