About The Position

Springfield Prep Charter School is a K-8 public charter school in Springfield, Massachusetts that prepares all students for high school, college, and life. They are driven by the belief that all children deserve a world-class education and that they can and will achieve when provided with high expectations, rigorous curriculum, and a joyful school culture. Teaching at Springfield Prep is characterized by co-teaching and collaboration, weekly 1-on-1 coaching for first-year teachers (bi-weekly for all others), weekly professional development and team meeting time (students dismiss early on Fridays to accommodate this), resources and planning time to develop and refine curriculum and lesson plans, and support from Operations, Student Support, and School Culture teams so teachers can focus on teaching.

Requirements

  • You must have earned a Bachelor’s degree by the start of the school year.
  • You can join us in early August 2026 and commit to our schedule: (7:25 am-3:50 pm)
